Salary:The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr.Summary:Road to Recovery is program that offers comprehensive, recovery-focused acute care for individuals seeking to change their substance use. With 25 acute withdrawal management care beds (detox), we specialize in helping patients who face a high risk of clinical complications and complex health challenges. Our care approach is: Patient-centered Evidence-based Culturally safe Through the Road to Recovery initiative, we provide continuous support throughout every phase of the wellness and recovery journey. Our team is committed to coordinating seamless care, even during setbacks or relapses, fostering an environment where recovery is not a linear process but one supported with compassion and expertise at every step.
