*This is a full time contract position until December 2027 The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking a self-motivated, customer focused team player for the contract role of Customer Service Representative. General Responsibilities: Receive payments from taxpayers and fees collected by other departments. Respond to lawyer's letters and hard copy requests, answer telephone calls and address public inquiries. Collect and distribute mail and record statistical data. Qualifications:Completion of a two (2) year post-secondary or specialized program or significant related experience or significant related experience in the absence of education; Excellent interpersonal, administrative, organizational, communication, attention to detail, time management skills and customer service abilities; Experience in collections and with cash handling; Proven analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to- LocationWasaga Beach, ON
