We design, manufacture, and install all kinds of material handling equipment in manufacturing facilities throughout the GTA and South-Central Ontario. We are looking for a *Millwright Apprentice *to join our growing team! *Here?s Why You Want to Work Here:* * Competitive wage ? based on skillset and experience * Excellent benefits, including Extended Health & Dental and Group RRSP matching * A continual focus on training and skills development * A financially sound, in-demand company in a growing industry * Work life balance * Opportunities for advancement *Here?s What You?ll Be Doing:* * Working with a team of skilled tradespeople, within a plant environment, coordinating with site supervisors, project management, and our manufacturing team. * A typical day includes working in our clients? manufacturing sites fabricating, installing, removing, and servicing a variety of conveying and automation equipment. * Ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to at all times. * Interpreting blueprints. * Looking for ways to complete the jobs in a more efficient manner. * Adhering to company health and safety, human resources, and accounting policies, procedures, and programs. *Here?s What You?ll Need*: * High School Diploma or equivalent, trade school considered an asset. * Mechanical background with 1-2 years of related experience in the field. * Must have own maintenance tools. * Experience working in a team-based environment. * CWB tickets, an asset. * Prior experience in Stainless Steel fabrication and Tig welding, an asset. * Your own transportation to and from sites in the GTA. * Demonstrated communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills.
