We are seeing a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Associate (ISA) who excels at *lead follow-up and nurturing* to join our dynamic real estate team. The ISA will play a key role in diving revenue by managing leads, executing consistent follow-up strategies, and converting opportunities into appointments. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on building relationships, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks, and delivering outstanding client services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Lead Management & Follow-Up:*
* Respond promptly to inbound leads from various platforms
* Execute structured and consistent follow-up system to nature leads over time using various methods (text, call, email, social media)
* Make daily outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage prospects and re-engage inactive leads
* Maintain contact with leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring a positive and proactive experience
* Prioritize and qualify leads based on urgency, intent, and likelihood to convert into appointments
*Client Communication:*
* Provide timely and value-driven communication to prospects at each touchpoint.
* Utilize scripts, objection-handling strategies, and tailored messaging to keep prospects engaged
* Collaborate with agents to set, confirm, and follow-up on appointments to ensure seamless handoffs
* Keep detailed records of conversations, objections, and outcomes to refine future follow-up efforts
*CRM Management:*
* Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead status, contact history, and next steps
* Use CRM tool to automate follow-up sequences and reminders
*Appointment Setting:*
* Proactively schedule qualified appointments for the sales agents
* Confirm appointments, send reminders, and follow-up after meetings to gather feedback
* Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting targets
*Key Skills & Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles (real estate experience preferred)
* Exceptional follow-up skills with the ability to keep prospects engaged over time
* Strong phone presence and communication skills
* Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools
* Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage a high volume of of leads simultaneously
* Resilient and tenacious in handling objections and maintaining consistent follow-up efforts
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
*Performance Metrics:*
* Number of daily calls, emails, and follow-up touch points
* Lead conversion rates (lead to appointment)
*What Success Looks Like:*
* Consistently follow-up with leads until they are converted (10-12 times)
* Increasing lead-to-appointment conversion rates through diligent follow-up systems
* Developing trust and rapport with leads, creating a seamless hand-off experience
* Ensuring no lead is left behind through proactive follow-up and lead nurturing
