The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an *Office Manager *for our *Kamloops Mazda* location.

In the position of *Office Manager, *reporting to the *General Manager and BC Controller*, the successful candidate will be detail-orientated, have strong administrative skills, and have the ability to develop strong working relationships with various teams/departments.
_*Responsibilities:*_
· Oversee accounting functions, including processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, deal postings, financial statements, invoices, and budgeting reports. This includes monitoring and analyzing budgets, expenses, and performing month-end reconciliations.
· Provide direct administrative support as required, such as mailing and shipping packages, opening and circulating office mail, and other related tasks.
· Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure effective maintenance of office equipment and services.
· Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies while implementing cost-control measures for office expenditures.
· Develop, review, and optimize office processes, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
· Lead and manage direct reports by fostering a positive team environment, monitoring performance, and supporting the development of goals for the administrative team.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational needs.
*Skills and Qualifications:*
· Valid driver?s license with clean driver?s abstract
· Proficient in using MS Office such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and adjust attention to higher priority projects and/or deadlines.
· Exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of experience as an automotive office manager, with a proven track record of successfully managing operations in accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial reporting, and budget monitoring.
They possess strong organizational skills and the ability to streamline office processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
