We are looking for a *Front Desk Agent *to come and join our team. We are looking for someone who strives to give the best customer service experience. Join us at the Waldorf Hotel and be a part of something extraordinary!
*What You?ll Do*
* Welcome guests on arrival in the lobby in a warm, friendly and professional manner
* Ensure reservations/inquiries are handled correctly and accurately
* Be knowledgeable about different room types, current rates, amenities, services and all hotel procedures and promotions
* Ensure to maintain proper confidentiality of hotel and guest information
* Ensuring exact compliance with registration and departure procedures and completion of all documentation necessary
* Ability to listen and respond in a calm, diplomatic manner to any guest issues
* Book reservations and process reservation with a high degree of accuracy
* Expected to work a *varying schedule, including weekdays, weekends and holidays*
* MUST be a team player and able to work with every department in the hotel to achieve exceptional service.
* Must be able to work autonomously
*What You Have*
* Must be detailed orientated, self-motivated and reliable
* Min 1-2 years of previous Front Desk experience
* MS Office knowledge, and good computer skills
* Excellent communication skills, and fluent in English
* Ability to work independently.
* Solid customer service skills
* Legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
