(this is an onsite opportunity based in downtown Toronto) Our client is a pioneering FinTech firm specializing in cutting-edge banking solutions. They are on a mission to help businesses and ambitious entrepreneurs grow, globally! With a focus on various financial products and services, they are transforming business financial management globally. They work with over 1000 businesses and have been featured in The Globe and Mail, BetaKit, and BBN Bloomberg. They are one of Toronto's fastest growing start-ups and are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join their sales team! Engage with customers via email, phone, and chat, delivering timely and accurate assistance to resolve their inquiries Guide customers through onboarding, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless transition to the platform Address technical issues, product inquiries, and account-related concerns efficiently Help customers maximize their experience by providing insights into product features, functionality, and best practices Log customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM Contribute to help center articles and internal documentation to improve efficiency and the customer experience Monitor customer feedback to identify common challenges and suggest opportunities for product and process improvements Requirements We're looking for someone excited to work onsite with them five days/week, fostering in-person collaboration and team synergy 1+ year in a similar customer support function (preferably in FinTech, SaaS or financial services) Previous experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in FinTech or financial services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Interest in financial services and products, with a willingness to learn technical terms and industry intricacies Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy Open to working occasional evenings and weekends to meet customer needs Excited about FinTech, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in a growing company Benefits A chance to be part of a trailblazing team in a high-growth FinTech start-up Strong support from the team to achieve your targets Equity - everyone is an owner 3 weeks vacation A vibrant, collaborative startup culture that fosters innovation and growth Joining a rapidly scaling growing company with a profitable business model and significant market expansion Playing a crucial role in helping businesses save money and streamline their financial operations
