We are seeking a reliable *Jr Framing Carpenter* with a minimum of *3 years professional experience,* in residential framing carpentry and general site labour. The ideal candidate has an ability to deliver quality work, with a strong commitment to learn and grow in the field. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in carpentry and further their experience in framing and construction. *Willingness to travel* to various project sites throughout the Muskoka region is a must. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist senior carpenters in framing residential builds. * Measure, cut, and assemble wood according to specifications. * Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. * Follow blueprints and technical drawings under supervision. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols. *Qualifications:* * Basic knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques. * Experience with tools such as saws, drills, and measuring equipment. * Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. * Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. * Reliable transportation to job sites. *What We Offer:* * Competitive compensation based on experience. * Travel allowances. * Opportunities to work on diverse and exciting projects. * A supportive and professional work environment.
