In this role you will deliver exceptional service to customers with new/used ag & turf sales, & work towards becoming a Territory Manager. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth. Responsibilities-Sales of new/used machinery (Lawn & Garden, Compact Tractors etc.) to walk-in customers -Participate in sales activities (cold calling, follow ups, quotes etc) -Assist Territory Managers with paperwork & inventory processes-Maintain product/finance knowledge of all equipment, parts, services available-Displays & merchandising of equipment-Equipment demos & promos-Participate in training to develop skills & knowledge Requirements-Exceptional customer & communication skills-1+ yrs of retail sales experience-Knowledge of ag/turf equipment & farming practices preferred -Ability to use computer systems & internet functions-Independent travel, valid drivers licence-Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, weekends & holidays-Ability to analyze/interpret basic reports-High School Diploma/equivalent work experience CONNECT with us today!We offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
