Job Summary: Luccisano Physiotherapy is a publicly funded outpatient clinic in Woodbridge, ON. It has been providing physiotherapy services to the community of Vaughan for 15 years. Currently seeking a part time physiotherapist for Tuesday/Thursdays from 12-5. Your responsibilities will include the assessment of out-patient MSK injuries including, but not limited to, strains, sprains, fractures, dislocations, muscle weakness, and limited range of motion. You will be creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, delegating treatment to Physiotherapy Assistants and collaborating with the inter-professional team at clinic, communicating with external stakeholders and client referral sources, and managing caseload in a fast-paced environment. You will require to have a Provisional/Full Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Physiotherapists, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others and demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development Abilities: - Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans - Provide physiotherapy services to patients with various conditions - Monitor and document patient progress - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy - Valid state licensure as a Physiotherapist - Proficiency in medical terminology - Strong interpersonal and communication skills Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Benefits: * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * Physiotherapist (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-02-01- LocationWoodbridge, ON
