Warehouse Manager * supervise warehouse employees and oversee daily operations. * Enforce all company rules and regulations. * Ensure a high degree of detail and focus on every job. * Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly. * Manage warehouse operations. * Control and manage inventory. * Experience in forklift certification and inspection, haz mat certification, operating various warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) * Have leadership and organizations skills. * Ability to work a flexible work schedule with a "hands-on" management style. * Coordinate and supervise all inbound and outbound shipping/receiving. * Help establish work schedules and ensure that the schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are completed properly. * Apply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, coaching and disciplining employees. * Issue written and oral instructions. * Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers. * Work within the budget guidelines that have been established and make recommendations for changes when necessary. * Ensure the efficient and safe operation of material handling equipment. * Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining warehouse security. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and in accordance with OSHA and other appropriate standards. * Provide input into performance evaluation for recommending promotions, wage increases, associate development and terminations. * Interview and hire new employees. * Supplies control Requirement: * Minimum 2 years experience managing a customs bonded facility * Self-motivated and can work under pressure * Strong leadership/good communication * Mandarin speaking is an asset ???????
