<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Job Description:</strong><br />We are seeking a skilled and motivated <strong>Cabinet Installer</strong> to join our team for residential and commercial projects. As a Cabinet Installer, you will work under the general direction of a supervisor, performing installation of cabinets and related fixtures in a variety of environments. This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Install cabinets and hardware in residential and commercial settings.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.</li><li>Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools to perform installations.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.</li><li>Identify potential issues and troubleshoot problems during installations.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction with installations.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a woodshop environment or cabinet installation.</li><li>Proficient in using hand and power tools.</li><li>Experience with both commercial and residential cabinet manufacturing.</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, and cabinet/fixture design.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, especially under tight deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work well within a team.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality work.</li><li>Ability to identify hazards and follow proper safety procedures.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive hourly wage starting at $22/hour (based on experience).</li><li>Opportunity for growth and advancement.</li><li>Full-time, stable position with consistent work.</li></ul></div>Company Description<div>Peel HR is one of the fastest growing HR companies in the GTA.
