Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Provide customer service. Organize and maintain inventory. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods.
