With more than a decade of experience and a team of highly skilled professionals, we are a trusted partner for many high-profile customers and projects across North America. *The Role: * We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated *Draftsperson *to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and grow into a *Project Manager* position within our organization. You will play a key role in creating accurate shop drawings, supporting project teams, and ensuring client specifications are met with precision. This is a full-time position from Mon-Fri, 7:30AM-4:00PM _*Responsibilities:*_ * Prepare detailed and accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings for ceiling and wall systems based on project specifications * Collaborate with project managers, production, and design teams to deliver technical drawings that meet manufacturing standards * Review architectural plans and specifications to identify design challenges and opportunities * Support project managers by coordinating technical details with clients, contractors, and architects * Maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely delivery of drafting work * Proactively engage in learning and development with a view to transitioning into project management _*Qualifications:*_ * Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or at least 3 years equivalent experience * Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit, or similar software is an asset * Strong understanding of construction drawings, architectural plans, and technical detailing * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients * Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail * A strong desire to learn, grow, and take on greater project management responsibilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
