Our work environment includes: * Casual work attire * Flexible working hours We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Delivery Driver to deliver wholesale orders, doughnuts to our Broadway location, deliver customer orders placed on our website, pick up boxes from our storage locker, and help with dishes when needed. A successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company vehicle and delivering products to customers on time, every time. The delivery driver plans the delivery route each day based on that day's orders, and contacts customers if there will be any delays. On days with less deliveries the delivery driver helps with dishes. All applicant must possess a valid drivers license, access to a personal vehicle an asset but not required. Responsibilities: * Pick up orders from retail stores and deliver to customers; * Drive a delivery van safely and according to all Manitoba Highway and Traffic Act laws; * Maintain good relationships with customers; * Be knowledgeable about the delivery area; * Have good time management and route planning skills; * Communicate with Slingers at the shop if there are any issues with delivery orders; * Ensuring order accuracy prior to starting deliveries; * Handling items with care; * Being a safe and courteous driver, following all rules of the Highway Traffic Act; * Pick up boxes from storage locker; * Help with dishes when deliveries are slow/done as needed; * Will be responsible for any parking or speeding tickets during shift. One part-time position (min 16-30 hours/week) available to start based out of our Taylor location immediately. Starting wages range from $16.30-$17.50/hour depending on experience. Numerous wage rate increases possible based on performance after first 3 months of employment. Successful applicants can join our benefit plan after 3 months (must work a min of 20 hours/week). All staff receive a portion of the daily tips.
