*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their property. This role requires a proactive approach to loss prevention, surveillance, and the enforcement of security protocols. The Security Guard will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and respond to incidents as necessary to ensure the safety of all individuals on site. *Duties* * Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises. * Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. * Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within designated areas. * Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, conducting investigations as necessary and reporting findings to management. * Enforce regulations and rules governing the conduct of individuals on the property. * Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required during incidents or emergencies. * Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for future reference. * Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries or concerns from clients and visitors. *Experience* * Previous experience in loss prevention or security roles is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation, is a plus. * Background in law enforcement or military service is advantageous but not required. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, and law enforcement personnel.
