*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with various metal fabrication techniques. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and are fabricated according to specifications. The Metal Fabricator will work closely with engineers and other team members to bring designs to life through precise fabrication processes. *Duties* * Interpret and read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. * Operate hand tools and machinery. * Perform welding tasks as needed, ensuring strong and durable joints. * Rig materials and components for assembly, adhering to safety protocols. * Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the fabrication process. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field is preferred. * CWB Tickets are an asset * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery. * Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. * Experience with welding techniques is a plus. * Familiarity with rigging practices for handling heavy materials safely. * Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. * Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
