 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$79,648 - $107,760 Recruitment expertise rewarded:Using your skills for recruiting top talent, you’ll play a key role in the hiring process for FCC’s teams. You’ll build the talent pipeline by sourcing, screening and creating a shortlist of candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating offers. By creating a positive experience throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, you’ll contribute to the successful recruitment and retention of highly skilled professionals.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Coach hiring managers on language and other job requirements for open positionsPrepare pre-screening, testing and interview assessmentsProvide subject matter expertise throughout the recruitment processExecute creative and targeted sourcing strategies to attract appropriate candidatesEnsure compliance with employment, Official Languages and Human Rights legislation What we're looking for:Ability to connect and build solid business relationshipsCustomer focus with proven teamwork and people skillsAbility to deal with change, make decisions and solve problemsConfident communicator with strong analytical skills What you'll need:A degree in administration or human resources and at least four years of recruiting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - LocationMontréal, QC
