OTT Legal is one of Ontario's largest traffic ticket paralegal firms. We pride ourselves on providing professional paralegal services with the highest level of ethics and integrity. We are looking for a licensed paralegal to fulfill aspects associated with an intermediate level position. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills. Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: \*MUST HAVE experience with POA/HTA offences (at least 1 year experience) \*Receiving and directing client emails and walk in inquiries \*Ability to do ad hoc consultations to prospective clients is an asset \*Strong attention to detail \*Opening/Closing client files \*Document management & system filing maintenance required \*Support senior Paralegal staff \*Must be well organized \*Ability to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods \*Be able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment \*Work well under pressure to meet deadlines \*Work well independently as well as a team \*Second language is an asset \*Assisting senior staff with any court paperwork required (including, but not limited to: Motions, Applications for Extension, Re-openings, Appeals, Transcript Request). \*Able to work overtime if needed \*Must be willing to learn \*Other duties as assigned Compensation based on experience. This position is located at our office at 1234 The Queensway, Etobicoke.
