Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Staff accommodation available. Tasks: Determine crew sizes. Determine equipment requirements. Determine logging operation methods. Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules. Prepare and submit reports. Train or arrange for training. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Operate heavy equipment. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Vehicle supplied by employer. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication.
