*You as a Project Manager:*
* Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to achieve project goals.
* Lead, manage and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
* Identify potential risks and develop risk management plans to mitigate any negative impact on the project.
* Develop and implement quality management plans and processes to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the required quality standards.
* Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
* Oversee contracts and agreements, including reviewing proposals and negotiating terms, to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the project outcomes.
* Develop and manage project schedules, identify critical path activities, set milestones, and track progress against the schedule.
* Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that changes are properly documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders.
* Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to throughout the project, including managing the risks associated with construction sites.
* Create and distribute regular project status reports, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments, to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress.

* 5+ years of construction management experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
* The ability to lead and motivate a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
* The ability to provide mentorship, guidance, and encouragement to CGI team members in their overall professional development and growth.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate project updates, expectations, and requirements with team members and stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects and to manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
* A deep understanding of construction principles, practices, and technologies, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
* The ability to identify potential project issues and to develop and implement effective solutions to overcome them.
* Sound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate options, assess risks, and make timely decisions that support project objectives.
* Strong attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly planned, executed, and monitored to meet quality and safety standards.
