With over a decade of experience, we specialize in residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleaning, landscaping, and property management services across Windsor-Essex County and Michigan. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking *2 experienced cleaners in Windsor* and *2 in Michigan* to join our growing team. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. * Ensure assigned areas are clean, organized, and up to company standards. * Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. * Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor. * Maintain confidentiality and security of client premises. *Qualifications:* * Previous cleaning experience is preferred. * Must be bondable (able to pass a background check). * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. * Reliable transportation to various job sites in Windsor-Essex County or Michigan. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. *Compensation:* We offer competitive salaries aligned with industry standards in both regions: * *Windsor-Essex County:* The average hourly wage for cleaners is approximately *$19.07, with a typical range between $17.20 and $25.00*. * *Michigan:* The average hourly wage for house cleaners is around *$19.60 per hour*, with most earnings ranging from *$14.27* to *$26.91* per hour.
