Your pathway to success starts here with a team driven by dedication and customer focus, fueling continuous improvement through value- added services, technological advancements, and employee training.Our Saint John, NB, location is seeking an Outside Inspection Technician As an Outside Inspection Technician your key responsibilities will be: Assist all departments within Hydraulics, Rigging, and RubberConduct thorough inspections of rigging, lifting, and fall protection equipment, specifically within industrial environmentsEnsuring safety standards are met within industrial jobsites throughout the Maritimes Assisting with rigging inspections Inputting inspection results into company softwareAble to travel and work both indoors and outdoorsAbility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shiftsOur ideal candidate possesses: Minimum of high school education or equivalent Possesses trade or service experience in industrial settingsDemonstrates strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsMaintains a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordDemonstrates high attention to detail and highly motivatedProficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, data entry, etc.Capable of embracing role changes and tackling new challengesHolding a Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) or Electrical ticket would be considered and assetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamA little bit about Source Atlantic and our culture:As a learning-focused organization, we are committed to providing our employees with top-notch training and development opportunitiesWe are an established team with many locations across CanadaWe focus on growth and innovation in our industryIf you are mechanically inclined and looking to work with your hands this role is for you!
