Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair styling, customer service, and retail sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a flair for creativity, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional hair styling services to clients based on their needs and preferences - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice - Sanitate workstations, tools, and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Assist with front desk duties when needed - Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction Requirements: - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with proficiency in various hair styling techniques - Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of proper sanitization procedures for tools and work areas - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment - Front desk experience is a plus - A passion for delivering high-quality services to clients Join our team and showcase your creativity while providing top-notch hair styling services to our valued clients!
