_*Hammerstone *_is currently seeking a Crusher Operator that will be primarily responsible to work in a team environment where individual input is not just valued, but expected. These are key principles in keeping you and your co-workers safe. Paralleling this are our core values of treating one another with dignity and respect in our dealings with everyone, in all areas of the business, including our customers.
*Qualifications*
* Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment, Physical Demands Analysis representative of the work required
* Canadian Safety Training System certification (CSTS required)
* Any additional safety training would be an asset.
*Experience*
* Minimum 3 years experience with aggregate crushing operations, including adjustments and repairs
* Experience operating any/all of the following: skid steer, zoom boom, aerial lift, tele-stacker
* Performing maintenance and service on equipment (such as cone liners, jaw plates, screens, gear boxes, etc.)
* Mechanical Experience would be an asset.
*General*
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* The ability to work in a team environment while working independently and self-directed as needed.
*Compensation*
* Competitive hourly rate
* Flights to and from a designated major center are provided at no cost
* Travel from airport to on site lodging and back provided at no cost
* Lodging is provided on site at no cost
*Schedule*
* 11.5 hours per day
* 20 days on / 10 days off
