*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
_Restaurant Operations:_
* Lead team and restaurant operations during shifts.
* Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen.
* Ensure fast, high-quality food and beverage programs?from prep to execution to guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate on menu updates, seasonal offerings, and promotions.
* Oversee equipment use, maintenance, and repairs.
* Manage inventory, food ordering, and storage.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to support a fresh and local ingredient portfolio.
_Administrative Operations:_
* Assist in ensuring financial, personnel, and payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately and on time.
* Write weekly schedules aligned with service and budget goals.
* Conduct weekly inventory counts and investigate variances to control restaurant costs.
* Track and process invoices to ensure timely payments.
* Assist in creating and adhering to the annual restaurant budget.
* Review financial performance through weekly and monthly reports.
_Team and Guest Experience:_
* Lead HR processes, including hiring, job postings, interviewing, delivering job offers, and terminations.
* Conduct regular sit-downs and performance reviews with team members.
* Address and resolve disciplinary or performance issues.
* Train team members to uphold a strong work culture and guest experience standards.
* Foster a positive and professional work environment for all team members.
*REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE*
* Experience as a General Manager/Assistant GM or equivalent in the restaurant industry.
* Proven leadership skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
* Strong coaching skills with a professional, lead-by-example approach.
* Experience in restaurant operations, including administrative tasks.
* Knowledge of Microsoft programs, scheduling software, inventory management software, and POS systems (experience with Revel POS, 7Shifts, Outlook, Excel, or similar tools is advantageous).
* High standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
