*Overview* We are a growing Team of Therapists( Physio, Chiro, Massage, Acupuncture & Yoga therapists) working across the city with multiple locations. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly working with Post Traumatic conditions, and will be committed to providing high-quality psychological services. This role involves working in a clinic setting, where you will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders while contributing to research initiatives aimed at improving psychological practices. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients, particularly patients with Traumatic history( Motor vehicle accidents, Chronic Pain, etc.,) * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. * Provide therapy and counseling services to patients in both individual and group settings. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including data collection for ongoing research projects. * Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in psychological practices to enhance patient care. * Participate in training and supervision of interns or less experienced staff as needed. *Skills* * Proficient in research methodologies relevant to clinical psychology. * Familiarity with clinic environments and the ability to navigate patient care protocols effectively. * Excellent understanding of medical terminology related to mental health. * Strong data collection skills for both clinical assessments and research purposes. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining a focus on patient-centered care.
