Perform various carpentry tasks, including framing, cabinetry, trim work, and flooring installations. ? Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project timelines. ? Read and interpret blueprints, drawings ? Use power and hand tools safely and efficiently. ? Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all projects. ? Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related challenges on-site. Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a carpenter in construction/renovations ? Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. ? Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ? Strong communication and organizational skills. ? Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation. What We Offer: ?
