We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to fill a full-time, permanent position in the office at our busy equine clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. *Customer Service Representative * Key Qualifications -- * A background in and passion for all things equine * Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client requests and the needs of our veterinarians at our fast-paced practice * Keen attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to multi-task * Comfortable with current technology including Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and phone-based messaging services, with the ability to quickly to learn new systems * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Strong writing skills including spelling and grammar Overview of Responsibilities -- * Answering and directing incoming communications * Managing appointments and scheduling * Maintaining office files, records and documentation * Billing, payments and estimates * Ordering and inventory management * Maintaining a tidy and organized work environment * Tending to the very specific needs of our office cats The position runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
