General solicitor firm looking to hire real estate clerk to join our busy practice on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate _*must have *_at least thee (3) years experience with a *law firm working as an Ontario residential real estate closing law clerk.* Salary commensurate with experience. We have a ?team? approach to our real estate practices with mutual support and collegiality in the workplace. Applicant must be proficient in all aspects of real estate conveyancing (Closer/Unity/Conveyancer, Teraview & PC Law) *Applicant will be required to work in office at 436 Aberdeen Avenue on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * real estate law clerk: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-20- LocationHamilton, ON
