Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Develop communication strategies. Implement communication strategies and programs. Produce informational materials to increase awareness of services available. Answer written and oral inquiries. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Explain the type and cost of services offered. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Receive and log complaints. Explain procedures, risks and benefits to clients. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Walking. Ability to work independently. Personal suitability: Client focus.
