*Overview:* We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cooks. If you have a passion for food, culinary arts, and working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you. *Responsibilities:* *\*\* MUST be able to work hours 7:00 pm to 3am and 6:00pm - 2:00 am* *\*\* MUST be able to cook Indian food and pub style items.* * Prepare and cook menu items to the highest standards * Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-stocked * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service * Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations * Assist in the preparation of ingredients and kitchen setup before opening * Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages * Handle any minor kitchen maintenance issues as needed * Support kitchen staff in maintaining a clean and organized work environment *Requirements:* * Prior experience in a indian kitchen or restaurant setting is strongly preferred * Prior experience in a pub/nightclub kitchen is an asset * Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to assist team members as needed * Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Attention to detail during food preparation and kitchen cleanup Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $18.50-$20.50 per hour Expected hours: 12 ? 20 per week Additional pay: * Tips Benefits: * Discounted or free food * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Store discount Schedule: * Evening shift * Night shift * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * Can you cook Indian food/items?
