Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Develop risk management plans. Develop and implement quality control programs. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. MS Office. Evaluate daily operations . Coordinate subcontractors activities . Supervision: 3-4 people.
