Tasks: Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Set up machines and equipment. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Read blueprints and drawings. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Leading/instructing individuals. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Supervision: Cladders/siding installers. Eavestrough installers. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
