We are seeking a *Leader Dental Assistant *who is *dedicated and skilled *to join our practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care while assisting the dentist and the hygiene team on day to day operations. This position requires a strong understanding of dental assisting practices along with recall coordinating knowledge. The Dental Assistant will also be responsible for managing recalls, outstanding treatment, missed or cancelled appointments, providers schedule and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in dental assisting is required, minimum of 3 years. * Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent and Recall Max is preferred. * Strong verbal and written skills. * Experience in a dental receptionist role is beneficial for managing patient interactions. * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with patients and team. * Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating attention to detail. * IPAC experience * CPR * CDA certification * Knowledge of Recall coordinating and treatment coordinating, tracking and execution. * Full understanding of Dental Insurance * Available full time.
