*Summary* As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, your core skill in commercial driving will be essential for ensuring timely deliveries. You will also leverage premium skills in forklift operation and freight handling to manage cargo effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair will enhance your ability to maintain the vehicle and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Join our team to contribute to our commitment to reliable and efficient logistics services. *Responsibilities* * Operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. * Load and unload freight, utilizing forklift equipment as necessary. * Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports, adhering to schedules and deadlines. * Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the vehicle as needed. * Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and enhance delivery efficiency. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off * RRSP match Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, ON
