*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing shipping and receiving tasks, order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely. *Responsibilities* * Perform shipping and receiving duties, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately. * Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and order pickers to load and unload materials. * Fulfill orders by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment in a timely manner. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. * Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies. * Fabricate or assemble products as needed based on specific orders or requirements. * Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, with familiarity in shipping and receiving processes. * Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts; certification may be required. * Strong ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. * Experience with order fulfillment processes and inventory management systems like AS400 is a plus. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in order processing. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A commitment to maintaining safety standards within the workplace. * Help with other production activities when needed.
