I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for my client, a distribution company. This is a permanent position in Boucherville.</p><p>Duties : <br> <br>-Process payroll (Nethris) every two weeks (+/- 18 employees) <br>-Produce & account for payroll reports <br>Year-end report (T4/Relevé 1 + summary, CSST etc.) <br>-Production of pay equity report <br>-Calculation of commissions <br>-Manage, with management approval, the RRSP & group insurance program <br>-Handle international supplier accounts <br>Participate in month-end (job analyses) and monthly financial statement production; <br>-Assist manager in accounts receivable collection. <br>-Assist the Finance Manager and the Technician in their tasks and replace them during their vacations.</p><p>Profile : <br> <br>- DEC or DEP in accounting <br>- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in French and English (for communication with suppliers); <br> <br>PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>- LocationBoucherville, QC
