*Job Description:* We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. If you?re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we?d love to hear from you! *Key Responsibilities:* * *Provide Excellent Customer Service:* Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations. * *Order Taking & Food Delivery:* Accurately take orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver food and drinks promptly. * *Menu Knowledge:* Have a deep understanding of the menu to answer any guest inquiries about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods. * *Maintain a Clean Dining Area:* Set up and clear tables, ensure a clean and inviting dining space, and assist in cleaning duties as needed. * *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. * *Upsell Menu Items:* Suggest additional items, such as drinks and desserts, to enhance the guest experience. * *Cash Handling:* Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and issue receipts accurately. * *Follow Safety & Health Standards:* Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a server or customer service role preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. * Passion for food and hospitality. *Benefits:* * Competitive pay + tips. * Flexible scheduling. * Discounts on food and beverages. * Career growth opportunities. * Positive and supportive work environment.
