Ensure client needs are fully assessed and that referrals to other areas of TD are made smoothly and effectively? Negotiate and execute an annual branch business plan and review individual business plan from each Investment Advisor? Plan and document marketing and business development activities, review and communicate results and adjust plan accordingly? Identify and develop relationships with TD Canada Trust, TD Wealth Partners and external referral sources to build sales and market share? Manage the branch budget/expenditures to increase efficiency and effectiveness? Fulfil annual Challenge Goals which include National and Branch specific goals. Challenge goals targets to be reviewed on an annual basis? Engage advisors and support staff in ongoing endeavour to provide a legendary Client Experience? Oversee / direct the negotiation and resolution of significant client issuesSHAREHOLDER: ? Work closely with key business leaders to develop business plan, ensuring the optimal use of resources and leverage TD's operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and scale? Plan and execute business development activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly? Execute on the annual business plan to deliver results aligned with business strategies? Manage overall budget, revenue and expenditures, meet business objectives while increasing efficiency and effectiveness? Proactively identify key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implement? Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of strategies, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise? Protect the interests of the organization ? identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard, high risk transactions / activities as necessary?? Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts? Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite? Ensure employees are knowledgeable; and assume responsibility to minimize operational and regulatory risk by complying with Bank and industry Code of ConductEMPLOYEE TEAM: ? Lead a highly qualified and collaborative team of Investment Management professionals.? Contribute to the development of business segment and/or enterprise functional strategic priorities within their operational area or field of specialty? Develop annual and/or long term plans for own area and influences plans well beyond area managed? Responsible for management of the overall team providing both leadership and guidance? Set targets and objectives for the team, and deliver results? Grow team expertise to align with business/enterprise demand and direction; assess team skills and capabilities and continually look for ways to provide and enhance the value delivered? Lead a high performing team; provide on-going feedback and performance reviews, coach and develop employees and ensure performance management activities are undertaken and provide regular input into- LocationLondon, ON
