Job Description:
The successful candidate will maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff, manage walk-in, telephone and email enquiries, provide administrative support and oversee general offices duties.
*Duties & Responsibilities*
* Greet in-person visitors and respond to phone and email enquiries
* Monitor and order office supplies, equipment and services, maintain appropriate inventory levels and liaise with vendors
* Review, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
* Ensure meeting rooms, lunchrooms and other common areas remain tidy and stocked
* Help coordinate and organize company events and meetings, catering, etc.
* Provide general administrative support to various departments as required
*Qualifications and Experience*
* Post-secondary education in administration or related field is preferred
* 2 to 4 years of related experience in a professional working environment preferred
* Experience working in hospitality, retail or other customer service roles is an asset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Can work well independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
