*Job Summary* We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations, excellent navigation skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. *. Full-Time Employment* *. Medical and Dental benefits available* *Duties* * Operate trucks to transport freight across designated routes. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. * Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents. * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. * Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability. * Operate forklifts or other heavy equipment as required during loading and unloading processes. *Qualifications* * Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required. * Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight transportation. * Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus for maintaining vehicle performance. * Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts, is preferred. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. * Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
