Aircraft Maintenance, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring and optimizing maintenance projects for our fleet. You will ensure efficient operations while meeting the highest deadlines, budgets and safety standards while maximizing fleet availability.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Management and optimization of maintenance projects</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage <strong> short-, medium- and long-term</strong> maintenance plans.</li><li>Ensure an <strong>optimal allocation of resources</strong> (human, material, tools, logistics).</li><li>Analyze <strong>risks and constraints</strong> and propose solutions to minimize the impact on operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Leadership and coordination of teams</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with technical teams, maintenance, operations and management.</li><li>Ensure <strong>effective communication</strong> between different stakeholders to maximize productivity and performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Process optimization and innovation</strong></p><ul><li>Implement <strong>performance indicators</strong> to measure the effectiveness of projects.</li><li>Automate and optimize processes by leveraging project management tools and innovative <strong>technology solutions</strong>.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of work methods to increase aircraft availability and safety.</li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li>Diploma in Project Management;</li><li>At least two years of experience in project management, planning, or a similar role;</li><li>Planning, budget management and value for money skills.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools (advanced Excel, Airtable, etc.)</li><li>Bilingual (French and English), essential to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Experience with "No code/low code" platforms (an asset).</li><li>Experience in the aviation industry (an asset)</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Annual salary starting at $65,000 depending on your experience</li><li>Group insurance and RRSPs with employer contribution</li><li>Annual profit-sharing bonus</li><li>10 paid sick days</li><li>Dynamic and collaborative work environment, where your expertise will make the difference</li><li>Social activities organized by the company</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth and continuous development</li><li>Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion</li><li>The opportunity to join our Become a pilot after 1 year program</li></ul>
