*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This position involves applying paint, stain, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting, restoration, and industrial painting, with excellent communication skills and a focus on quality workmanship. Students and Recent Graduates eager and willing to learn welcome to apply The role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects that require precision, safety awareness, and effective time management. *Responsibilities* * Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion * Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail * Perform residential, commercial, and industrial painting tasks according to project requirements * Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding safely and efficiently * Operate power tools for minor repairs or modifications before painting * Adhere to deadlines and quality standards * Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded *Experience* * experience in painting, restoration, or related fields is an asset * Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is advantageous * Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, caulking techniques, and rigging or willingness to learn * Knowledge of residential, commercial, and industrial painting practices is highly desirable * Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects * Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients effectively * This position requires a dedicated individual capable of delivering high-quality results while maintaining safety standards. Candidates should possess relevant experience in painting or restoration projects and demonstrate proficiency with various tools and techniques used in the trade.
