*Job Summary* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, lead a team of front desk staff, and maintain high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Fluency in multiple languages and previous hotel or guest services experience are highly desirable to effectively serve our diverse clientele. *Duties* * Supervise and coordinate front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes * Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding guest service * Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy * Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for front desk personnel * Maintain accurate records related to reservations, billing, and guest information * Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery * Monitor budgetary expenses related to front desk operations and suggest improvements * Uphold hotel policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance * Implement training programs focused on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and hospitality standards * Assist in human resources functions such as recruiting new staff and managing employee relations *Skills* * Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or hotel environment * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction * Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively * Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to communicate with diverse guests * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions * Experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or guest services preferred * Knowledge of budgeting principles within a hospitality setting * Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Human resources knowledge for staff management and development This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences while leading a vibrant team.
