We are currently seeking a journeyman HVAC/Refrigeration technicians to join our service department to drive our HVAC team forward. The role will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment, products and systems. * \*\*Minimum 5 years? experience of installing and servicing various HVAC units including: * Heat Pumps, Fan Coils, Boilers, and Hydronic systems, Air Conditioning Systems, ERV?s, Chillers etc. * \*\*Must be able to work flexible hours. * \*\*Must have a good working knowledge of controls and building automation systems * \*\*Trade Qualifications: * Refrigeration Certification/Red Seal * Class A or B Gasfitter Certification * Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to interpret drawings and manuals. * Customer service skills are paramount with desire to exceed customer expectations * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Always ensuring the job is done correctly the first time. *PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS* * Valid driver's license required and clean driving record * Valid Social Insurance Number * Able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items, carry ladders, work from heights ect. * Observe all company procedures and safety rules * Maintain accurate time records and send to payroll when required * Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction. *WHAT WE OFFER* · Competitive wage · Benefits · RRSP savings plan · Company Vehicle · Cell phone and iPad *BENEFITS* * Company pension * Dental care * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Tuition reimbursement *SCHEDULE* * Monday to Friday * On call * Overtime * Work Location: In person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $49.00 per hour Benefits: * Company car * Dental care * Extended health care * RRSP match Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required) Experience: * HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians: 5 years (required) Licence/Certification: * driver's license (preferred) * air conditioning & refrigeration license (required) * Gas Ticket (required) Work Location: On the road
