We embrace diversity and inclusion. *Position Summary:* Responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems including all related equipment. Ensures compliance with equipment standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Installs, maintains and repairs ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems, including all related equipment * Performs preventative maintenance on all units * Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems * Keeps accurate records and maintenance logs * Troubleshoots system issues * Oversees and assists with mechanical projects as assigned * Performs emergency repairs and responds to call-in requests * Maintains up to date knowledge of HVAC systems and processes * Complies with OHSA and industry service standards * When directed, assist in other maintenance repairs within the farm * Able to come in after hour call-ins * Performs any other duties that may be assigned as required. *Qualifications:* * *Minimum of 3 years experience as an HVAC Technician.* * *Required Licenses: 313A HVAC/Refrigeration Technician, G.2 license and ODP certificate* * Thorough Knowledge of HVAC Systems & Methods * Knowledge of HVAC Safety Standards and Protocols * Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills * Willingness to Continue Learning About HVAC Technologies * Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating. * Working knowledge of boiler systems. * Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols. * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in reading schematics and work plans. * Ability to work in confined spaces. *Earnings & Benefits:* * *Compensation within the posted range will be determined based on the successful candidate?s level of experience, technical expertise, certifications, and demonstrated capabilities.* * Extended Health & Dental and Vision * Life insurance, Dependent Life Insurance, and Short Term Disability * Pension Matching * Paid Vacation time * Safety shoe reimbursement * Overtime _Number of positions currently vacant: 1_ *Locations of Work:* * 506 Mersea Road 5, Leamington ON N8H 3V5 * 2646 Division Rd N, Kingsville ON N9Y 2E5 *How to Apply:* * Through Indeed.
