*Job Overview* We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives. This leadership role requires a strong background in manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and operational excellence, with a focus on implementing lean manufacturing principles and utilizing ERP systems to optimize plant performance. *Responsibilities* * Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * Manage supply chain activities, including inventory control, procurement, and logistics, leveraging SAP, MRP, and other ERP systems. * Oversee quality control procedures to ensure products meet company specifications and industry standards. * Supervise maintenance of manufacturing equipment with a focus on mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues promptly. * Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork across all departments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as assembly, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline operations. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality metrics, and process improvements. * Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational performance and strategic initiatives. *Experience* * Proven experience in manufacturing management or plant operations within a fast-paced environment. * Strong knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, MRP processes, and supply chain management. * Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. * Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. * Familiarity with quality control standards and practices within manufacturing settings. * Experience overseeing assembly processes and implementing process efficiencies. * Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage change, and drive operational excellence.
