We are a company that cares about trees, our employees and our community. *Summary* We are seeking a Highly Skilled Arborist with quoting potential to join our team and grow. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow their career and develop a quoting relationship with clients to continue building existing territory and looking to develop an international name in the industry with our global partners. Wages will be negotiated. *We are looking for:* * Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal with precision and safety. * Operate rigging equipment efficiently. * Minimum 3 years production climbing experience * Experience leading a crew * Ensure safety and ministry guidelines are followed by everyone on the crew. * Complete assigned work and help with clean up if necessary to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner. * Set up and tear down appropriate secure work site. *We offer* * Opportunities to grow and expand training * Training and development with international climbers and business partners that come each year (France, Australia, Europe etc) * 0-8 hoisting engineer training inside 1 year * Grapple saw crane operation and experience * On the job quote training, once completed, 3 quotes after work for 3-4nights/week and 5 every other Saturday based on work life balance and availability * Fuel allowance, compensation for each quote sent not dependent on approval as well as commission from quotes approved * Benefits after 3 months, RRSP after 1 year, vegetable and farm share Ready to grow your career with us?
