Manage incoming requests by phone and email while meeting established service standards.<br/></div><div>? Build and maintain strong professional relationships through personalized and responsive service.<br/></div><div>? Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or redirect requests to the relevant teams.<br/></div><div>? Resolve requests efficiently by accurately interpreting information.<br/></div><div>? Follow up with internal and external stakeholders until full resolution of cases.<br/></div><div>? Escalate complex situations when required and ensure proper follow-up.<br/></div><div>? Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.<br/></div><div>? Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in CRM systems and tools.<br/></div><div>? Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the optimization of internal processes.<br/></div><div>? Collaborate actively with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><b>What you need to succeed:</b><b><br/></b></div><div><br/></div><div>? Bachelor?s degree or college diploma.<br/></div><div>? 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services industry.<br/></div><div>? Good understanding of registered and non-registered investment products.<br/></div><div>? IFIC or CSC certification (a strong asset).<br/></div><div>? Knowledge of MFDA and IIROC regulations considered an asset.<br/></div><div>? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br/></div><div>? Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<br/></div><div>? Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.<br/></div><div>? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.<br/></div><div>? Initiative, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility.<br/></div><div>? Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.<br/></div><div>? Effective time management skills and ability to perform under pressure.<br/></div><div>?
